ART WELLNESS PROGRAM

Mankind has known Art to be a means of communication and expression since time immemorial. Art and colours are fascinating and is a wonderful way to take a break from our daily routine to relax and rejuvenate and gear up for the next day.

The Wellness Art Program or Art for Wellness Program is a guided fun way to regularly make Art a part and habit in our daily routine.

The program is designed with a lot of fun and interesting Art activities like doodles, mandalas and journalling.

WHO CAN ENROLL:

The program is mainly for Adults: working individuals and Senior Citizens who wish to have fun with Art as the medium.

CLASS DETAILS:

These are recurring online sessions that happen every month.

Tuesday: 10.30 am to 11.30 am

 Friday: 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm       

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:

Shantha Prabhu is an artist and art instructor with over 10 years of experience in the field of art.

Shantha Prabhu is a practitioner of Art Based Therapy. She has undergone formal training for Art Based Therapy under the guidance of Dr. Anupama Bajaj and Dr. Anuradha Kabra at the Indian Institute of Psychology and Research, Bangalore.

COMMENCEMENT OF CLASSES:
